I've already sharpened one chain with this kit. I like that it has different file sizes, when one has different saws that have different chain/blade pitches. The angle guide helps you to nail the proper pitch angle, so your efforts work as intended. Good value for the versatility.

Bought a cheap Chinese brand chainsaw (Salem Master) and lost the little file that came with it, searched for a while and this was the best one for the money. Don't really understand the guides but I didn't need them, flat file, 5/32 round file and the handle all seem to be good quality and now that little saw is back to surprising the hell out of me and anyone I show it off to everytime I run it

The files seem to be a decent quality. The guide things are kind of useless though.

This works great to sharpen my chainsaw chain.

I have the brush attachment for my echo weedeater. This has allowed me to reuse a single blade four times before having to replace it. It takes about two minutes to sharpen the teeth.
