Superb torch
As some reviewers said, it came in a box for an entirely different model, as well as the instructions. I guess they were their "standard box/instructions". The most glaring omission was which way the lithium battery was supposed to go, because the positive and negative contacts inside the torch were absolutely identical, both with coils. I took a chance by inserting the positive side of the battery first, it worked.Compared to my old LED Lenser P7 and newer P7.2 this torch is slightly shorter but chunkier, about the same weight but the quality and finish do not quite match the Lensers. However it is a keeper because it does offer many superior features such as USB-C charging, can be used as a power bank, has a large 5200mAh battery, and many useful functions, as well as a LED screen. The illumination is also every uniform but without zoom/focus, and I wish it had a case includedUpdate (11-05-2021): the torch heats up rapidly in max power mode and lasts up to about 1 minute before it switches down to 600 lumens when temperature reaches 55°C. It lasts much much shorter time in max power mode if the starting temperature is high, confirmed by Superfire. In conclusion, max power should only be used for emergency or in short bursts. Decided to keep it because it is a very good torch, even at 600 and 1100 lumen settings it is still a lot more power than my old Lenser torches.

Bright but really miss a zoom function.
This is a really good torch for lighting up your immediate vacinity. However I do regret not buying a torch with a zoom/focus ability. I go walking at night in the countryside with no street lighting. I walk on roads amongst trees and occasionally I need to see into the middle/long distance and this bright torch is no good for that. Like another reviewer, I also find the button function a bit fiddly. I do like it's brightness, I like the info display and it is a very well made and solid construction. Just walked a couple of miles this evening with the medium brightness setting and the battery has dropped 15% which seems reasonable.

Great but arrived with a fault (no quibble replacement sent)
Fab flood torch. Charges fast plenty light on max and silly on turbo. It’s a lovely size, not so small that it it feels like a toy but not too big to put in your pocket. The display is a very nice novelty any makes it feel you’ve a premium torch. There was a fault though.A small o ring between the glass lens and silver end was half out. I’ve had to pull the half that was hanging off away. It wasn’t enough to return the torch. I don’t need to to be fully waterproof. But for that reason and that reason alone. Can only give it four stars.UPDATE.I contacted the manufacturer on the off chance of a couple of issues. One was that the turbo mode was only lasting a few seconds. Without hesitation they sent me a replacement via prime delivery. For this reason I’ve upped my rating to five stars. They’ve removed all doubts of support and quality.

Very bright and strong yet compact with long battery life
Strong aluminium body and there is a blue LED ring around the button when the torch is on, controlls are confusing but are as follows1 press - setting 1, 2,3Press 2 quick- 2000 lumensHold button- offEdit: it does not work anymore, stopped when I needed it most, don't buy this thing.

Great torch
Great design looks and feels good. Useful LED display above the on/off button, shows mode, Lm power, battery charge and temperature when in 2000Lm mode which does drop to 1100Lm when it reaches 57degrees. On/off button a little tricky to use until you get used to it, (Tip - press and hold to switch off). If the correct instructions were enclosed it would probably explained all of this but as the photo shows it came in the wrong box and with the wrong instructions. Can’t really comment on battery life yet as still on the initial charge but looks like it will be good. I am very impressed and would recommend.

Not as bright as product description states
Seems well built, charges quickly, easy to select modes etc. powerful flashlight for its size BUT headline description on Amazon states max lumens 3500, however actual max is only 2000, as confirmed by the lcd display. Because of this I have not yet decided whether to return for refund.

Very sturdy little torch
The unit is probably best described as chunky. It is very solid, well engineered and I have so far only charged it once though it only gets a few minutes use most evenings. It is bright though a focus function would have been nice but that is nit picking. Not too heavy, will fit in your average anorak pocket, what's not to like.

Charger port stopped working after a few months
The torch is bright, it does get hot, it broke after a few months and won't charge anymore.
