This seems like the rough draft of a possible future text book. The writer appears to have handed off the first draft to others who knew little about the subject. In many places it seems as if manufacturer product information was put in as a placeholder for reworking later on. The editors left typos and many unclear statements. The graphics people didn’t seem to connect to the content, so the formatting often doesn’t coordinate with the text. Most confusingly, to try to illustrate several different types of patterns (for one example, p. 127) with the exact same drawing, is the opposite of elucidating a subject. People new to this topic might find the book somewhat useful, but incomplete.

Book is in great condition and great bargain price.
