Q: Is there a datasheet for this product?

No. The HiLetgo website has the same product information as the text here at Amazon. This isn't good because some features of these displays do vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. This is very irritating because we need to know things like whether a resistor is included on the LED power line or not and how much power it draws. Yes, you could use some other manufacturer's information but then you are forced to assume that this one is the same. Thumbs down to HiLetgo for this.

Q: is there a wiring instruction for these?

There is no documentation included with the package but these are standard Arduino LCDs and a search on "Arduino LCD wiring" will turn up diagrams and tutorials like this one: https://howtomechatronics.com/tutorials/arduino/lcd-tutorial/

Q: Will these work on an Adafruit Feather M0?

They should they are generic hd44780. I tested on an uno.

Q: is there an example code for this? Tried the arduino library hello world and this doesnt print with that
