Easy to assemble and a lovely scooter
The scooter was easy for my partner to assemble. The only fault we had is the tires needed pumping up and we never thought of this. However beside this the scooter is a lovely item, sturdy and perfect for an older child

My 8 yr old struggles to ride a bike due to a lack of confidence
As the title suggests. My little boy is going to be absolutely over the moon with this item. It's better than I imagined and considering the cost it's absolute bargain.

Sturdy
Seller had to send a second scooter as first never arrived but the seller was great and the replacement received as stated. It assembled easily and seems very sturdy and good quality for the price.

Not impressed with the scratch found under the bubble wrap.
Not impressed with the scratch found under the bubble wrap, while unwrapping the scooter. Once assemblies it looks nice. We will test it tomorrow and find out if performance is good. As it took some time to assemble it, I really cannot go through the return, refund and replacement. It's Christmas day and do not want to stress out. However, I am thinking about partial compensation from seller for sending it in this condition.

Great customer service
My 9 year old loves this scooter and no one else has one like it ,) there was an issue with the break line rubbing on the tyre rather than having the inconvenience of dismantling it wnd sending it back waiting for a return etc they refunded me enough to get the issue fixed locally. So my son didn't have to be without his scooter for long. Fab customer service

Damage to paintwork and brakes are poorly installed
Bought a couple of these for Christmas. We opened one and this is what we found...Damage to the paintwork. Clearly done in production before wrapping in bubble wrap and packaging. I was going to box and return after seeing the damaged paintwork, but decided I should try to look past that for the time being and see how well it functions. The supplied multitool (if you can call it that) makes assembly very slow and difficult; 1/4 turn at a time, at best. The supplied Allen key is alright for the bits it fits, but also need a smaller allen key, which is not supplied. Also need a narrow Phillips screwdriver, also not supplied. The brakes are completely uncalibrated. The fact that they're even fitted is arguably not much good, as clearly no thought or effort has been put into making them anywhere near correct length and usable, and even when tweaked, they don't lineup correctly on both sides. The tools are virtually useless for working on the brakes. Absolutely need a dedicated spanner rather than the multitool. The kickstand is basically unusable. It stands the scooter upright, rather than at the required angle. So, in summary, a couple of hours+ today, which we're very unimpressed with the experience of. We'll see how well it rides.
