Q: Looks like the drain hole is right at the bottom of the unit? Is the liquid tank removable? If not how do you drain the liquid when the tank is full?

Shouldn't need doing in normal use. Only if putting it into storage to avoid mould, for example. The water would normally be evaporated through the window vent or in winter dehumid mode you connect a hose to the top drain hole. There is no tank, think of it as a small safety overflow. I tried draining it once just to see what happened by wheeling to the top of the stairs and putting container underneath above the first step. Obviously be careful as it is heavy. Just a few drops came out so in theory just a very shallow tray would be enough.

Q: Can’t you just use a plastic window sealer off Amazon if you have push out windows?

I'm not sure, probably, unfortunately my windows were too high from the floor, so I sold it to my sister, but she loved it and managed the window thing well.

Q: what is the coolest temperature this will go down to please?

You might be able to set it to 16C but that does not mean it will cool the room down to 16C. Depending on the conditions and size of the room once it gets to about 20/21 it will just be on permanently and the the temperature will struggle to go down any further.
