Bad customer support
The product was faulty. Then they said they will give a replacement , which also did not come. and now they said it will be returned , but there is no update and no one has come to pick up the product.

It works fine with Torque and other OBD apps. But read this review before buying.
This is a fairly short review based on some initial usage so keep that in mind if you are using my review to make a purchase decision.First things first, this is a not V2.1 but is actually a 1.5 firmware. IMO, that a good thing because 1.5 is more stable and supports more cars. V1.5 also support power saving mode, but I have not verified it, yet. The hardware build quality is fine and connectors are good quality, so you should be fine using it.For compatibility, I tested with Torque and ELM327 Identifier apps on Android 13 and it works fine. Almost all commands are also supported (just about 6-8 commands are not supported) , which was verified with ELM327 Identifier so you should be able to use it with any compatible ELM327 app. Be aware though it is a clone, so it is is what it is.Recommended for the price. But keep in mind that this does not a power off button so it will drain the battery if you leave it connected.If you find this review helpful, please click the button to recommend.

Product worked right ...Bluetooth connection took some time..Password asked was 1234 for pairing your Bluetooth with odb 2For app you can choose from recommended app they tell you to download.Choose the app interface you like or the app you found easy to work with.Your experience will depends on the app you chooseDevice was able to connect to my car and showed that status nicely again depends on the app....They have also added the caution...TO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR WHILE ODB 2 IS CONNECTED IN YOU CAR SYSTEM

It appears that the OBD|| shows up on Bluetooth, but it isn't able to establish a connection. I attempted to connect it to both Android and iOS devices. Despite the seemingly good product quality, it seems that this OBD|| may not be universally compatible with all cars. I couldn't find a list of compatible cars for reference. For your information, I own a Renault Lodgy car.
