what is the max amps of current can this handle?

I don't know what wire they are using nore the actual crimp lugs to go on to them. But Anderson Powerpole of this size is a max of 45Amp @ 600V and no you can't drop voltage to get more amps though the connector. I would be willing to believe that this Medusa cable is capable of up to 30amps at the 12-14.4V that the solar charger is expecting. Also depending on which one you have, the charge controller in the solar generator will limit you to what ever that is. But if you over supply the current it could damage the generator. So do be careful and read your owners manual. If you are doing a independent project, I'd be very careful about buying a product without any current (A) and Voltage (V) specification given.

I am new to this I bought a yeti 2500 with one 100watt solar panel I need a long extension cord from the panel to the yeti at least 40 feet?

You are not going to recharge your yeti very fast. Maximum I would recommend is 30 feet and I would find a way to use 15 feet or less. We use AC current today because DC current could not be effectively transmitted over distance. The longer the cord, the less the power.

I have two goal 0 boulder 200w panels connected to a bluetti 240 (max input is ~500w). i can only get up to 200w running in. is this cable maxed?

Usually with these batteries, the input is throttled when they get close to 80% of full charge. You should get full power input when the battery is well under 80%.

They are available if you do a search on amazon. Remember the longer the cables the less power you will get from your panels. DC power fades fast with distance. You should reconsider why you want longer cables.
