Does the pigment affect the printing parameters, particularly the exposure time?

Yes it can, mostly with the darker colors like the black can affect exposure time. Also the more pigment you use will also affect exposure time as well. You might have to do a little tweaking of parameters if you get some misprints.

Can this be used with water washable resins?

I haven't tried it, but I think there could be issues. I would say you need to experiment with that.

after mixing, can the resin be stored?

Yes it can be stored just fine, although I do find that some colors that I made change color over time, they are lighter than they were when I first blended them. Before you reuse them you will have to shake the bottle really well to redistribute the pigment as it will settle to the bottom. Just make sure you store it in Polyethylene or High Density Polyethylene plastic containers that are dark and lightproof. You can tell what kind of plastic the bottles are by looking at the bottom of the bottle, if it says PE or HDPE you are good to go. Don’t make the mistake I made by storing in the wrong type of plastic, the resin ate right through the plastic bottle making a big mess.
