The metacognition book was a great help for my teaching lesrner drivers.

the book must be read, it cannot be browsed as there is no index, one cannot jump to the parts one needs. very frustrating as a tool! the work is excellent but hard to find what exactly you are looking for in any particular moment

I'm an experienced teacher but really wasn't sure what metacognition is or looks like. Jennifer Webb's book, like all her books, explains things in a clear and accessible way. I have found it incredibly helpful and interesting, and am thoroughly enjoying being consciously metacognitive in my teaching.

Jennifer Webb writes in such a way that everyone can understand. A great book and a must for every teacher and educator.

This is an accessible and practical introduction to metacognition. Concepts are clearly explained, and the book has a lot of useful case studies and classroom practice advice.
