For the price it’s great!
Used this to convert a 1/16 brushless 4wd truggy with 1/10 drift tires and it made it a street bash drifter that gave us reasons to buy even more 2s packs for this little truck. Have a new life to a little 1/16 truggy we haven’t used in quite some time. It isn’t super sensitive but works well and does what it says. We slowly turned it up until it reached the end of sensitivity adjustment and seemingly makes street drifting fun. I may even build a drift car now after this.

Installed this today, works!
I must admit I've only recently gotten into RC cars and this is my first gyro for one so I don't know if it works as well as it should or not. I do know that it does help and is really sensitive when adjusting the sensitivity. I've spent about an hour trying micro adjustments to see what works best and for some reason on my 1:10 Deerc buggy, it seems to work better with the switch in reverse? Is that typical? I'm not sure. I will probably install it in my 1:16 Hyper go to see if it responds in a differently. I plan to order a transmitter that includes a receiver with gyro built in but wanted to try this out first to see what difference it made. Once I get the new transmitter, I will post updates to see how it compares.

Works great 👍🏻
My out of control rustler-converted-drag car couldn't keep a straight run no matter what you did to suspension, throttle feathering, eliminate wheel wiggle etc... my first test run was horrible because it kept steering away from where it should be going ....simple, flick the reverse/normal switch. I have it mounted all the way up front and sensitivity all the way up. I've never felt full throttle for more than a split second and now I'm actually able to hold it for the entire run. Worth every penny, get it!

Works but with issues
For starters the servo plug wouldn't fit into the plastic cover hole. The pins for the servo to plug into were also to the side on the plastic opening. To test it I had to take the plastic cover off.The performance of the gyro, found it to be a bit slow in responding to the yaw of the car and it spun out a lot. Also, cranked the gain all the way up and wasn't enough. My neighbor got one the all metal G01 RC Car Gyroscope Mini Gyros Drift Car Balancer and it was around $10 more and it works a lot better. I am thinking of going with that on my car now.

Great cheap, useful upgrade to gain control over your rc car.
Huge upgrade for my Arrma truck that loses control very quickly, plug and play, comes with everything you need.

Excellent Gyro Tamed My Rlaarlo
I have a Rlaarlo 787 that was impossible to drive strait (fast). This gyro totally tamed it, and it drivers soo good now. The gryo that came looks similar to the one in photos, but appears to be updated/newer. I am putting one of these in ALL my cars, besides the ones that already have Spektrum/AVC.

I bought this one because the other one I bought wasn't available. It looked the same as the other only the gain dial was external. I tried it on my 1/18 scale ldrc rx7 and the wobble wobble was worse than the internal gyro the car came with (yes, I turned off the internal gyro) maybe it's for larger scale cars?
