Compact and Stout
You can buy off brand tools but for some reason when you buy something like this Dewalt you can just feel the quality. This impact has a small foot print and fits good in my XL sized hands. The battery charger is not huge which makes it easy to store. It has 3 LEDs which give enough light to see what you are doing. This is not Dewalts heavy hitter but it does have enough torque to remove most bolts most shade tree mechanics with be against. Remember this is a 3/8 in and if you want to get somerhifn more powerful you should just go with the 1/2 Dewalt XR. I have an Ingersoll Rand air impact for stubborn bolts but for most tasks this 3/8 battery powered impact is enough.This particular kit comes with two batteries, charger, belt clip and a carrying bag. The bag may be not as sturdy as a case but the bag does make it more compact and easy to transport.Thank you for taking the time to read my review and photos of this product. Nice set for some diy work
Nice compact set to have around with 3/8" drive. It will be handy for sort of DIY projects but i don't think it up to the level with some other tools that are more professional grade even ones that are made by the same brand.▶ Quality & DesignWell made robust. You get a good quality carry case to protect it. Grip is good and it feels secure when operating it. It comes with two 20V batteries and a charger that will keep this operational for a long time. It has a hog ring anvil with allows quicker release and replace fo sockets▶ PowerPretty powerful torque at the mentioned 250 ft-lbs for tighten and 400 ft-lbs for breakaway jobs. Honestly it worked great for my needs and I don't particularly do jobs that requires such torque.✅ Pros: Quality, power, 2 batteries❌ Cons: Price, 3/8" less popular
