Don’t buy knock off cheaper products to save a buck. It’ll leave you stranded…
To begin, thank you for making a great product. Second, your turn around/delivery was early(A+). The product is also super easy to install. (A+). Then the problems I was having was my the charging issues icon appeared on the dash of my 2010 F150. Along with this the service wrench came up. They would flash then go away and come right back. After I bought a new battery and Orielly’s auto parts alternator the problem got worse. I searched through the forums about this topic and found a lot of people simply exchanged the knockoff cheap for FOMOCO Motorcraft brand. Fixed the issue. Thank you again for proving that you’re #1.
