Easy to swap out old 2.4 adaptor
Still keeping up the old Acer i5 -M3- 50MA laptop.Adding this Dual band 2.4/ 5.0 +BT 4.0 that finds my devices quickly / improved the wifi download speed and stability.

Works perfectly in an older Dell Inspiron N7110 Laptop. Connects with either 2.4ghz or 5ghz.
Bought this to upgrade an older Dell Inspiron N7110 (17") laptop. The original WiFi adaptor only connected with 2.4ghz. I had reservations due to having dealt with many laptops that have "white lists" and only allow certain WiFi adaptors to be used. I Installed this one and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Windows 10 detected it, installed the driver, and I was able to connect to either my 2.4ghz or 5ghz network. It connected to my 5ghz at 866/866 which is great. Highly recommend this if you want to upgrade. Especially in a Dell laptop.

Great Product
The product arrived on time and as described on Amazon. Unfortunately, it does not work on Lenovo B590. No fault of the seller, Lenovo whitelisted all wireless cards except for their own. I could not rate the WiFi signal due to not being able to install it. I will pass this card on to someone who can use it.

Made ASUS Laptop better than new
I bought this for my wife's ASUS U56 laptop that has been a workhorse. When this laptop was upgraded to Windows 10 I believe we lost the capability to connect to the 5G side of our Wi-Fi being only able to connect to the 2.4 GHz band. Access to the Wi-Fi card in the ASUS was a little trickier than most laptops that just require taking a panel off the back of the laptop; but ours was located under the keyboard. Once accessed. removal of one screw and the tiny white and black wire connectors was straightforward. Reassembled the laptop and Windows 10 recognized this Wi-Fi Bluetooth card and loaded the drivers for it. Put the passwords in for our Wi-Fi and we were off to the races. The connection and the speed improvements were recognized immediately. This is a great plug and play device that will make your connection faster.
