Can this be used with any kind of akai mpc?

Any device with MIDI ports can be used with any MIDI interface

Works for Casio wk1800 and to work with Kontact?

Should work just fine for both Casio (midi in/out) and also Kontact. I have this and connect both a keyboard (Play/record Kontact VI's) and a drum brain to record drums. Windows 7 pro seemed to kick the driver out periodically (prob a USB power save issue) but its been solid in Windows 10 pro.

Windows 10 wont work with my 20+ yr yamaha keyboard. Outdated drivers. Does this fix that?

You need to be more specific about your device, software, and problem. It's a MIDI interface... if your keyboard has MIDI it should work fine but without knowing what you're connecting to which software and how, it's impossible to tell what your problem is and whether this will solve it.
