WOW and again WOW
I watch Bob and Brad's YouTube videos, and when I saw them using this, I thought it was just another money gimmick. With knee replacement coming up, I decided to give them a try. The unit is slick and built solid, and the glide is easy, which is needed to get the knee to help get some lost flexion back. The flip-up handle to raise the glider is a great feature. I use 5 lbs weights while using the glider, which helps build strength. I am happy to have bought the device. The unit itself is light but does not move on the carpet. I have not tried it on wooden floors or tile, but looking at how the bottom is made, I'm sure it will also remain in place on those floorings.

Helped my recovery!
I had knee replacement surgery and I love Bob n Brad- I mean, they are the 2 most famous physical therapists on the internet! Anyway every other contrapment created to help movement after surgery was either extremely cheap and cheap looking or to expensive! So I found this and even my in home therapist was impressed with the functionality of it. I use it under my office desk and my range of motion has increased a lot. Highly recommended.

Makes Required Exercises Easier
The knee slide definitely makes flexibility exercises easier since there is a smooth gliding motion forward and backward. I rated it 4 stars because the attached elevation stand does not have a stability feature — it regularly collapses suddenly while using it raised. For the high cost, this tendency to collapse under use should have been addressed by adding a clip to hold the stand in the raised position.

A miracle device
I watched Bob and Brad P.T.s on youtube and I saw this device they helped design. In preparation for my TKR I ordered one for my rehab. The time came and the doctor sawed my leg bones off and put in my bionic knee. Rehab starts the minute you wake up and in 4.5 hrs. I was home start to finish. I began using this device that day. At one week after surgery I was measured at 120 degrees flexion. I used it 2 x a day. As time went on I would put 1 foot in front of the other foot and move back as far as I could and hold and do 10 times. Then I would do 30 regularly and finally I was up to 100 times. I am now almost done with PT walking 1/2 mile at a time and been going to the gym 2 x a week. It has now been 4 weeks post surgery. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Do yourself a favor and buy this device if you are going to have TKR.

Works laying flat but not stable with the stand up
This works OK laying flat but not with stand upIf you put the stand up to make it so you can slide up hill or down hill the stand will fall. The whole board falls and thats not very pleasant on a knee that has had surgery. The design needs to be reworked so that you can snap the leg in place

Perfect for PT at home
I used this device at my outpatient physical therapist sessions and decided to improve the quality of my at home PT by purchasing the exact same device. I'm hoping this will speed up the improvement in my range of motion. Advise... don't over do it!

So helpful after TTO, lateral release and MPFL surgery
This is really helpful for after an AMZ/distilization (also known as a Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy/TTO) surgery I had that included a lateral release and MPFL reconstruction- I watch bob and brad on YouTube and I’ve used this after I was cleared to start bending my knee by my surgeon - it’s been a week of using this and I’m supposed to bend to only 50 degrees until X-rays but this has helped tremendously and my PT confirmed I can bend to 85 degrees in just a week of using this tool! It’s very light weight, I can use it during work while I work from home, and I can change it to work my quad or hamstring. My range of motion has improved a lot and I don’t think it would have improved as much without this tool. I’m keeping this for future knee surgeries I’ll probably end up having in my life, but I will definitely recommend it to anyone I come across who gets a knee surgery as well. I love this tool, and it’s so helpful- if you’re on the fence, I’d recommend it.

Was a big help recuperating from knee replacement
I could not use it very well in bed but I could set in a regular chair that is open underneath and was able to use a tie from robe around foot to pull my foot along machine to work on my flexion. Provides smooth movement.
