I bought this device in August 2023 never used it and now it does not power on. I have email this company many times for a replacement. They tell me to email tech support and nothing happens.

It works good better than the less expensive. Don’t waist your money with the cheapest version. Make this one your best affordable option

Was hard to connect printer part of it but I figured it out so it’s 👏

The machine stopped accepting payments after the 2nd day. The receipt printer never worked. I would return it, but I threw away the box

I was surprised to find that the SMAJAYU POS receipt printer is an android 10 that has the capability of being a phone as well. Upon startup, it asks for a sim card for "phone" setup. I skipped this part and am not using this as a phone but found that interesting. The screen initially times out and locks after 5 seconds and this will need to be reset in settings. I did not receive a user's manual or instruction booklet on how to operate or what software to download as stated in the product description. This has hindered my ability to use a large majority of the functions.It does not come with pre-installed software and I installed the recommended software to operate my store. I was able to sign into the app without issues. I cannot figure out how to use the printer or use this yet as Bluetooth does not recognize the printer and I cannot add the IP address. I have looked at videos and have tried to find an online manual. It appears to be a nice device but without the setup manual, I have not been able to figure it out yet. It has been time-consuming.

For the price I do expect decent instructions whether they be online or printed and included in the box. So, that being said, for what this is, it's something that COULD be helpful in my flea market stand, but at the moment, I'm still trying to figure it out. If the instructions were included that explained what software works best - downloaded or linked to on my phone or whatever, then I'd have at least a clue as to getting this item up and running to provide my customers with receipts and me with information on sales. As it is, for this price, and what you get with it, I can't recommend it until the manufacturers/distributors create instructions that make this easier to use/understand.

So it’s not this product’s fault of anything…I am just so clumsy..like the clumsiest person you will ever meet on earth.. Well, I opened the box, and left it on the floor to take a picture..but then after getting a call in the middle of that. So when I came back to the living room, and was totally not careful enough walking through the floor, I just stepped on it with all my weight (although I am a really petite person, this one is not made with steel). Oh that cracking noise..I knew I did it again :(Oh well, I broke it before even trying it out once. So I cannot give you my first hand review, but had to leave the review anyway….so this gotta be it lol Don’t step on it haha.
