If this works, however, I’m happy to continue with this product.

My naturopath recommended this for stress relief. I’ve been using it a couple weeks and take always on an empty stomach. I wait 30 mins before eating. It doesn’t help anxiety or stress in my case. How I wish it did! It may work for others...just not me. Expensive trial.
