This hose is really the best It Is strong and durable, doesn't kink, is very light weight and the fact that it shrinks to 1/3 its length when the water is turned off makes it easy to put away. Only caveat is that, like any expandable hose, it can get hopelessly tangled in knots if stored on those hose winding reels with a crank unless you're careful to empty it before winding and unwinding. Stores best by manually winding it around a holder or just left on the ground. Remember, a 100 footer is only about 33 feet long when empty so is easy to store away.

We have had this hose for a little over a year and my wife absolutely loves it. She likes that it doesn’t kink and is much easier to handle than normal garden hoses. She can drag it all over the yard with no problem. Recently, we noticed the hose had gotten a split in it and the water was gushing out of it. I reached out to the manufacturer of the hose via telephone and followed the directions for a warranty claim in the message I got when I called in. We sent a picture in with the hose where it was leaking and the Amazon order number on Monday, and had a new hose on Wednesday! We could not be more happy with the hose and the customer support from this company!

I bought this hose to replace one that I loved that sprang a leak after 4 years of daily use (and protection from the son). I’m not a fan of the nozzle on the new version as it’s plastic and not all of the 10 spray functions work as intended. I also don’t like the squeeze handle to turn it on as it causes hand pain with constant use. I’ll be switching this nozzle with the older one.

We had this hose for one season, and it worked great. We love its low weight and that it is easy to move around. Went to use it this season and the brass end with the sprayer had broken. We contacted customer service and within just a few days we had a new one delivered. Fantastic customer service and a company that stands behind their products. When we need a new hose, we will definitely purchase from this company.

Expands hose is great - I’m loving using it. Minor issue with nozzle was easily resolved. Outstanding, responsive customer service. Can’t say enough good about how quickly John and team listened and responded to my issue. And nozzle was quickly replaced when their recommendations to improve nozzle didn’t work. Dealing with them was one of best customer service experiences I’ve had in years. Others should learn from them.

J&B company is true and accommodating and stands by their word of Lifetime Guaranty! They promptly sent a new replacement due to a small pinhole leak in my J&B XpandaHose 100ft Expandable Garden Hose. I love this hose because it is lightweight and easy to use and maneuver! Their product and customer service is unequivocably the BEST!

DEFECTIVE GARDEN HOSEI bought this hose at the close of 2024 with the expectation of using it in the spring 2025. The hose, did perform as advertised in the sense that it was easy to handle and move about and contracted as expected when the water was turned off, however the hose did leak. I contacted the manufacturer immediately and explain the circumstance. They gave me no problem at all telling me that they would replace the hose. They did not have a 150 ft hose in stock at the moment but agreed to send me a 100-ft hose and to follow with a second shipping of the 150 ft model as soon as it came in. To their credit I did receive the 100-ft hose in the mail within a week. It's only been 2 weeks and expect that a 150 ft hose will probably be coming my way shortly. So they get exceptional marks as far as I'm concerned with regard to customer service expecting that the second hose will arrive. I have yet to use the new 150 ft hose but will do so shortly. I hope that it's durability outperforms what may have been just a defective hose that I originally purchased. I will gladly update this review after I use the hose and after the new one has arrived. This explains the three-star review, which reflects the lack of durability or imperfection in the first house but the excellent customer service and response to my problem.

These hoses are great as the shrivel up in size when water is turned off. This makes storage easy and compact. The hose comes with a lifetime warranty which I'm grateful for. After 8 months of use the hose randomly sprung a leak at the connection to the nozzle. After contacting the company with a picture of the leak they sent out a replacement 48 hours later. Great customer service makes this a no risk purchase.
