How can you make this work on left openings and to right openings

Watch the you tube video by Andersen on "replacing a split arm operator on Andersen 200 and 400 series casement windows". By turning the crank you can use the same operator for both right and left opening windows.

Will this work for my 1999 Anderson millennium casement window? It does not have the same measurements as my current crank.

They will not work on an Anderson window. We have an Anderson window (1) in our house and when you remove the old crank, there is a number on it. Put that number in Google and do a search and it will come up for you.

Will existing cover work with these operators

Pre 1999 operator covers will not fit this E-Z operator, search for B008QPT1GK or B008Y1XJY6. If you do not know your manufacture date reply with all information around the AW logo in the bottom left or right hand corner of glass and I will decode for you.
