Science - Grade 5: A Closer Look

My 5th grader loves this science book! It is laid out well, written well, easy to comprehend and INVITING. It is colorful, bright, bold and literally invites my stubborn child to enjoy learning about the science of the world around her. Totally impressed!As a mother who privately educates her children at home - I recommend this for 5th grade - along with the workbooks and teachers editions.Good for home school, or tutoring - this textbook is used in many public schools.

Texts books are so heavy, so purchasing a used textbook that I can later trade in made perfect sense. My son no longer has to carry the book back and forth. Also, the book is available to me to help him study. I can review at any time.

Excellent Quality Book!! Like almost brand new. But, it seems like someone did not return the book back to school library based on the label on the front index!!

Bought this book for my 5th grader daughter. She likes this book very much with the kind of information it provides. The book is also being used as academic curriculum at the Science class that she participates at. I like this book and the level of information provided for a 5-6th graders as such.
