Very excited about this book and it delivered! I could have used this a very long time ago, and would have even accepted this as a gift in my 20s. This book has everything, organized, easy to read, and quite motivating. Probably the best book I have purchased in my life. Seriously.

I bought this book to give to a recent graduate who is getting his own place soon. This book contains very useful information on a variety of topics. The info is well organized. Instructions are clear, concise and well illustrated. This is a useful gift for those just starting out and for anyone. I plan to order more copies, including one for myself!

I find a new project all the time, what a great reference to be able to explain to a Handyman.

I liked the layout of the book. It was great at covering the basic, but I guess as an older homemaker I expected more. A great book for a new homemaker. But, even reviewing the basics there is always something new to learn and Good Housekeeping is the best at doing that.

I love to learn and this book teaches in a way easily understood. Naturally it has some of the 'why didn't I think of that?' It is definitely worth the cost.
