Exactly what I needed and very easy + fast delivery

It's a good pepper for seasoning, making sauces, gardening, fermenting, and surprisingly, planting. I got some volunteer long thin peppers from the seeds in my garden.

And I used them all the time in all sorts of cooking and as a table condiment, particularly for pizza. In 40 years of cooking and loving my crushed red peppers I have never tasted flavor better or even half as good as these. This brand somehow makes all other dried crushed red pepper pale by comparison. I do not know if they add a little extra oil or what but it is MIND BLOWINGLY delicious, fresh-tasting and a little really goes a long way. I have already re-purchased and am just as happy with my second jar as I was my last.

The box was intact, but the bag itself was torn and chili flakes were everywhere. I’d guestimate that about 3 cups of flakes had vanished. These are to deter squirrels and seem to help.

My chickens eat these more than I do, but the package came shrink wrapped and and the product was very fresh. The flavor was still very potent. Will order more.
