Q: These 24 ounce packages can cover what sizes cakes?

Q: can it be molded into 3D shapes?

Definitely. Modeling chocolate might work better, but I’ve used this to mold 3D shapes on cakes.

Q: What is the expiry date on this?

There is a code on bottom of box. First two numbers are year made and rest are month and day. Fondant is supposedly good for two years.

Q: Once i receive the fondant do i have to put it in the fridge?
