Great prodcut
Make sure you cut your pipe square and take the burrs off the end you cut. It leaked for me and once you take it off and put it back on 2 or 3 times then the o ring leaks. It's not the makers fault it just happens sometimes. Not making a negative review here. Just my expe

Works in Tight Places
Very simple to use, it makes Plumbing like playing with Tinker Toys. I still suggest getting professional assistance or a contractor if there is any question to the job you are doing but for the weekend warrior these things are great.

So glad I know how to swim
I have used this brand and many other push-type connectors and always had zero issues working on copper, PVC, and PEX pipe, but had zero success with this polybutylene adapter. The sleeve for the PB pipe seemed almost oversized and was difficult to get inside the pipe. Once I was successful with that, the outer part of the fitting bottomed with the normal amount of effort. Unfortunately, once the water was turned back on, the fitting started leaking immediately. Not a drip, but several large streams. Thinking the pipe or plastic manifold had split, I secured the water and removed the fitting to inspect. No sign of pipe damage, but the insert came out of the Sharkbite fitting (that is not supposed to happen). After several attempts, I gave up and got a crimp adapter. Don't know if I just got a bad one or if the PB push to connect adapter just doesn't work.
