Excellent Carplay & Android Streaming Device!
Excellent Device! I've had this Carplay/Android streaming device for over a year, has been excellent for all my trips. It's been awesome to enable Netflix in my car, access the Android store for other apps, and even sync a game controller to keep my passengers entertained while on road trips. The device is quick to boot, easy to navigate and perfect for customizing, was able to make the homepage customized to my preferences and usage, blends great with my cars dashboard! Recently I reached out to their support for an overall Android OS update, they provided all the instructions and helped me get this to the latest version. Utterly impressed all around with the product!

Its performance is smooth, handling media streaming, navigation, and hands-free calls effortlessly, while apps like YouTube and Netflix make long drives more enjoyable. Beyond the impressive product, my experience with Binize's customer service was outstanding—when my original unit failed within the first year, their support team promptly replaced it under warranty with no hassle, ensuring I wasn't without my AI Box for long. If you're looking for a reliable, feature-packed solution, I highly recommend the Binize CarPlay AI Box, backed by top-notch customer support.

Product and Costumer support
I Bought the Binize box a year ago and everything was working fine, the apps I installed also worked fine. I could watch live tv on it like sports while I sat in the car and my girlfriend grocery shopped, lol. but you have to install certain apps for that. I had Direct tv installed on mine and it worked flawlessly. But as stated earlier, the box stopped connecting to my vehicle. I tried everything to get it working, including replacing the power cable and nothing worked. I contacted customer support by email and told them the issue. They contacted me promptly and offered several trouble shooting suggestions for me to try and still nothing. So they have offered to send me an upgraded replacement box free of charge. I will post an update on whether or not I received the new box as promised. For now I'll give it four stars because the product didn't last that long, but I could have just bought a bad box. Overall the product is alittle on the expensive side but I did like the box and the features. Update 11/10/2024. So I finally received the replacement box.And I was not happy. The box that I got was not the Binize box. It was a generic Ai box with a software version of 10. The Binize box was a software version of 13. The graphics on the replacement box was very outdated and grainy looking. And kinda wonky to operate compared to the Binize. I also tried to find this box on the internet and with some luck of using Google lens, i was able to match the box with some other boxes on (E++y ) and these boxes go for around $80. Definitely not what i paid for with the Binize box( $245.00) . So I packed it back up and I wrote them back and told them that , I did not want this box. So they responded and apologized and offer to send me a generic universal remote control. I have no idea why they thought I would need or want a remote control. But I told them, no thank you and i offered to send them back the replacement unit they sent me. I have never asked for a refund. I only requested to have my Binize box replaced with the one I originally bought back in April 2023. I emailed them that message on 11/07/2024 and I have not received any further responses from them. So would not recommend buying this Binize box. They are okay when they work , but this this box goes bad less than a year and a half after purchasing it and not getting my replacement box with the one I originally bought, Is a deal breaker for me. I will not buy another Binize box again. So I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. The one star is because I did like the box when it was working. I've included pictures of the replacement box they sent me for you to decide if they were being fare or not.

Great Little Device (after the firmware update)
This is the second Binize device I've bought and I really like both of them. The older one is Android 9 but I wanted to try the updated version with Android 10. I was really disappointed with the Android 10 version at first because it was super laggy and slow. But, I reached out to the Binize customer support team and they got right back to me with a download for an updated version of the firmware (they have very responsive customer service). I installed the new firmware and the device has been working great ever since.I can install just about anything I want from Netflix to Amazon Prime Video to Apple Music to weather apps. I use Apple Music a lot and like having the full version of the app versus the limited CarPlay version. Speaking of CarPlay (or Android Auto), you can run the Android tablet version of the software on the Binize device and the CarPlay version at the same time and switch between them - it works well. I've noticed that calls through CarPlay get an occasional "crackle" but it's pretty minimal. There are some limitations to what you can install. We watch Disney+ from time to time as we're waiting to pick someone up but the Google Play store wouldn't let me install it on the device. I found where I could download the Disney+ apk file though, did a virus scan on it, and then used an app Binize supplies to get it installed. It works great and even gets regular updates now.Overall, I recommend the device if you'd like to add more functionality in your car. It goes without saying that you shouldn't use the video apps while driving of course. They're great when you're stopped and waiting to pick someone up though.
