Perfect mulching kit
I finally had this mulching kit installed. It wasn't too difficult. Wow, what a difference. So much less blow of the grass everywhere. Couldn't be happier.

It's OK. I would try to find a better option if you can
It's not great. I made it work. I read other reviews and understood this was not great. I didn't find a better option. The blades do not look to be made as good as the original blades. The shoot cover does not fit well. I had to make some adjustments. Im going to keep it, but I would not recommend it if you can find a better option.

Installations instructions could use better pictures.I removed the grass chute as it's just in the way with the mulching cover in place.

You got to be kidding me! Why is this even on the market?
Spent a couple of hours installing the mulching blades. I get the deck back on. All that was easy. Now the last part of the install that was supposed to be the easy part was not. The molded plug does not fit the Ultima ZT1 42in Zero Turn in any way. It hardly lined up with the secondary bolt it sits on. and then when it did, it has a huge gap at the bottom, that will most certainly allow grass through or plug up blades. Best case scenario is a modification to the plug. I can't believe they would even market this product. This should most definitely be a recall product. Or at least stop saying it fits the 42 inch.
