Beautiful build
Took a risk buying a pre built PC that has no reviews as of now, but I have to say I am glad I took the chance in purchasing this gaming PC. It goes beyond my expectations and it's a beautiful build. I love the style and how different it is. It's uniqueness makes it so beautiful to look at. Although it's much bigger and taller than I had anticipated but it wasn't a big deal to me. Everything that I use and play runs so smoothly without any issues. The PC itself is not loud, it was pretty easy to set up although the other outlets for USB port plug in were hidden inside the build itself which was different for sure so it felt a lil hard trying to attach them without wanting to damage anything inside of the pc but it is doable. In terms of speed this PC loads up super quick. All of my games downloaded quickly and launched quickly. Streaming didn't give me any issues either. The price for this PC may seem high for others but I think it was well worth the money spent.

Fantastic as expected!
The media could not be loaded. Not a single complaint with this purchase. Was it expensive? Yes. But so is everything with building computers these days. This thing is almost entirely silent, booted right up, probably the least amount of time I've ever spent with setup. It just works. And that 4080 super is just phenomenal. Case is as expected, great. Rbg is awesome and was able to be controlled right out of the box.

Been using for half a year or more, it's great.
I'm a bit of an enthusiast, and wanted a machine that would really deliver without having to build another high end machine. The specs are great for the price, the design is really nice (I have the white case, and internals set to sky blue solid, but it came with cascading fire theme). I think it's probably over cooled, but that's not a problem. Really good g card, for the price imo, and an upgrade to my old card on a self built machine. Runs VR and high demand games pretty well.My only "wish it were different" is the case is a bit thicker than my old cases. This is because the glass sits several inches away from the power supply, which makes it several inches too wide to fit inside my rolling side table I modified to hold my machine. Instead I sit it on top, and it takes up more room than if it fit, but . . . meh I didn't really look at the dimensions when I bought it.

So far so good
Thermaltake definitely has a Quality control issue, it's evident they don't test systems they put together, it took 4 just to get one that works. That being said, they do use decent parts on their build, arguably some of the best I've seen in a prebuilt. They also have a great looking system. I love the look and it's keeping cool which is the most important part, so with this I kinda get the best of both worlds. You could deem this as loud, but when I game I have a headset so I don't really care about that. It's cooling and that's what matters to me.

Customer support is trash
Having a serious problem with the 14700kf chip. Intel known issue. And customer support is garbage to deal with. I would not recommend at all unless you want to be stuck with a desk weight

Awesome PC
I received my PC a week ago and am very happy with the specs and delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and no damage. All specs are as listed and everything is working perfectly with no hardware or software issues. Beautiful machine that operates flawlessly and is very quiet even with the open design. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

By far the best computer I've owned
I've always been into gaming. Always wanted a high end gaming setup but either didn't have the funds or the space. So I used gaming laptops for a long time. Alienware, Razer, and up until a month ago, an Asus ROG Strix Scar. Loved the ROG but had a ton of issues with it. After a few warranty issues, they just refunded me the full price I paid for it 3 years back. 3500 goes a long way when transitioning from a laptop to a desktop. I knew the 50 series were coming out but with everything I read, I had no interest in them. So I wanted a 4080 super. Landed on this bad boi and when I say it has exceeded every possible expectation that I could have had. Not one hiccup. Running games like Hogwarts on Ultra at 220fps is incredible. Not only is this one of the better looking cases out there, but it's WOW factor is huge. Every person who has walked into my house, has mentioned it within the first 10 seconds lololol 'omg is that a computer!?!?! It's so cool looking'. All personal preference of course but the thermals are wild. Even being in a kinda corner and near a wall, this NEVER exceeds 50° and hums along around 42° at almost all times. I couldn't recommend this more than I do. The glass panel on the front being push magnets is also cool. Just press the top in each corner and it releases. Then seeing the new info that the 5090 can't compete with raw power of the 4090 and the 5080 isn't beating the 4070ti and I KNEW I made the right call. Skip the 50 series people. This is a beast!!! Added an additional 32gb of ddr5 for 130$ and this computer doesn't even make a hum. Total silence.
