Perfect fit '05 Suburban
Perfect fit just like factory so much more comfortable than 20 plus year old foamHonest review.. I'm a heavy tall dude .I work all day in weird positions. this seat cushion is extremely comfortable very supportive in all the ways it needs to be paired up with their new seat heater element really makes the drive home so much nicer... I typically do long road trips as well feel so much better no back pain after installing this foam. Prior to installing my factory foam was in good condition but very fatigued I would typically have back then after an hour drive.Definitely worth its price highly recommend works great

Can't fit very well much more comfortable than the OEM I'm very happy with it would buy again
Very good product the density is great much more comfortable than the OEM cushion I would definitely buy it again since the late 80s I have not had a new vehicle with a seat that was comfortable this is very good I always had to put a cushion over my seat this new internal padding does not require that for me to be comfortable

Excellent quality for seat replacement
So I was replacing the seat cover on my 2003 Suburban, since it started getting rips, and decided to also replace the foam (in order to keep the new seat cover from folding and ripping sooner than it should). The quality of this foam is 2nd to none, which is why you are paying what you are paying. And because it is even better than the original foam, it takes quite a bit of muscle to get that seat cover on it. But once everything was installed, it was amazing how comfortable the driver seat now was. I'm already planning to do the same for the passenger seat. Great product Seat Shop!!

2005 Silverado seat cushion cover
I ordered a replacement bottom cushion cover for the drivers seat of my 2005 Silverado. It was frayed and worn from years of sliding out of the truck. I decided to also replace the foam cushion. I opted for this repair/replacement instead of just installing a set of seat covers. The cushion worked with the new cushion cover and overall the drivers seat has been reconditioned.

Exact replacement, super firm, no more blowouts!
This product is a bit pricey, but these days, the saying is often true.. You get what you pay for. This seat padding is one of those things. Better to spend it than skimp because this is your driving comfort we're talking about here.. Bad backs don't do good on soft flimsy seats and these are not. These will change the way your entire vehicle feels to you.. Like getting a brand new car or truck.Beats oem padding feel by far, fits perfectly and feels very comfortable.. If you want a super soft seat padding, you don't want this.. This is slightly more firm than oem, but what it's made of will likely outlast your vehicle. Buy it.. You'll love it.

Forgot how comfortable the seat could be!
Purchased replacement foam and a new bottom cover for my 2004 Suburban. Existing bolster foam was shot and leather was split. Watched and followed The Seat Shop videos on YouTube. Removed the seat and stripped it down only to find that the seat pan was cracked on the driver door side. Had a local welding shop repair the pan. Foam went back on perfectly. First impression of the leather cover was that there is no way it will fit back on. Rewatched the videos. Seat cover took some effort...brute force effort. Attached the rear clip then placed the seat bottom on the floor and kneeled over it pressing down hard to compress the foam. Finaly got the front clip to roll over onto the sheet metal and from there it went on pretty easy. Massaged out the wrinkles, reassembled, and it looks perfect. Two notes 1. Wear a pair of gloves. The sheet metal pan edges are sharp. 2. Watch the videos.I would certainly recommend The Seat Shop products for your GMC/Chevy seats.

Pretty pricey, but very nice firm foam that fits perfectly. No issues with install.

It will work on non-electric seats.
My application is the 2005 Silverado LS C1500 non-electric seats. Not too much more can be said than has already been said. It is a major improvement and I am very satisfied. I was nervous about whether the new foam molding would leave a "toothless gap" where the new foam stops to accommodate seat controls if the vehicle is so equipped. I simply took some scissors and cut the foam that was part of the old OEM cushion and placed this piece in the area where the new foam does not cover. I think it turned out really nice and you really have to feel around to notice the seam where the new foam meets the old foam filler piece.
