Not great for flowers
The picture of flowers on the packet was quite misleading. I bought this solely to make sugar flowers.Unfortunately, I had issues with cracking whilst rolling the gum paste thinly. It was very slow drying, then eventually after it had dried, the petals completely cracked off a few days later.This is probably better for thicker model building and not fine detail. I've since used an actual 'flower paste' which is spot on. Totally dry, hard and strong petals still in tact.

Not great for modelling
Hours spent modelling cake toppers for the colours to fade and the icing to remain soft, didn't harden well and then the models all broke as a result. Hours of time and cost completely wasted. Do not recommend!
