Works as designed

This one fits the focus RS factory location no modification. Fits factory location for focus RS probably focus ST and most focused cars I would think. Fits the factory location hole clips right back into place where the factory one would clip into. no modification needed!. The two pigtails one is designed for the focus the other one is also designed to fit probably another model focus factory location. Perfect if you're like me and wanted your factory Port location free. if you're using a Cobb accessport? Or another accessory? See photo. Took me buying two different models before I found one that actually works in the factory location. This thing is awesome!

The normal usage for this OBD2 splitter is to have some sort of dongle (e.g. GPS tracker or engine performance monitor) attached to your car while having your normal under-dashboard OBD2 port still readily available.In order to do this, one of the female ends needs to attach to whatever housing your car actually uses. Unfortunately, there are several standards and so there's a possibility that it won't fit.For this particular model, the female ends match the normal connector on my 2012 Ford Focus, but they do not match the connector on my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. So I'm able to use this splitter on my Focus but not on my Tiguan. For the Tiguan, I had to purchase a VW-specific version that unfortunately costs more.
