How tight are they to swivel, is it stiff avoiding accidental movements.

I have them and there ok not that stiff you can't move them but just right to keep them in please and there proper glass not plastic rubbish

Generally, right around the far end middle to bottom corner of the side mirror, i had my daughter sat in her car and tested first so that i had the correct angle for her before sticking it down. You can also adjust some of the 360 mirrors in a circular motion to give better views.

Is this mirror allowed during driving test by DVA?

Yes they are. My daughter had her test in her own car and brought these specifically for her test.

I didn’t have the issue you have , but get a double sided sticker and cut out to fit .
