They came quickly and with a couple of extra included. They were just sticks so I was a little skeptical. I received the wrong instructions for my cuttings. But forget what they tell you. I am here to tell you a better way. Get a container with some holes. Add some sand fine sand or corse add the cuttings and water and place in a shaded area and cover with some white plastic to keep evaporation to a minimum. A 13 gal trash bag works well. If you have some rooting compound you will get better results with a bigger root ball. I use a liquid root booster from TPS. It is good stuff. And easy to use. But if you do not have a rooting compond you can always use some banana peel in some water left over night. This will help a root ball and is all natural. Now wait 2 to 4 weeks checking on the every few days to see if they might need more water. If the roots dry out they will die. Well best of luck to you 80% of the cutting making it and rooting will be in the time of shipping and the plant it was cut from. Do as I said and even a doomed cutting has a good chance of growing into a cloned plant. I have cloned trees rose bushes tomatoe plants, grape vines and many other plants. I have had a 98% rooting outcome year after year. I should add I like sand because it's easy for roots to grow in and can be easily liquidation with a garden hose once it's time to remove the cutting from the sand. You do not want to just pull it out of the sand. Sand will pack tight and all the fine little roots could be ripped off. Pouring water into the sand will cause it to move with the water. Thus is called liquidation of sand. As the sand is flowing with the water the tree can be pulled from the sand without damaging roots. When planting the tree I prefer to plant in a large pot or tote. With some soft dirt and potting soil. For the first year of it's life so roots can get stronger and become a root ball. Planting a tree into the ground often can kill a tree. They need water a lot of water. Pots help to hold water. The ground will let water slip away. And the roots will dry out and die. If you get your cuttings on spring keep in pots till early fall. And plant and water every day till it gets down to about 40°. If you get your cuttings in summer or fall. Keep them in pots till spring and plant after the last frost. Water each day until mud to late spring. And water often the first summer. Morning watering is best or of a evening. Not in the heat of the day. This will kill them. It will also help to get the root ball something to help it grow once it's been planted in ground. Like a grow stick for trees and shrubs or some good compost maybe even a banana with teabag or coffee grounds just under the roots. Something with potassium. If you have some old rotten wood break into little 1/4" to 1/2" size chunks and add them to the dirt. Rotten wood will help the dirt retain water longer. And release nitrogen into the soil. A little wood ash is also good. But just a little. Just never use lumber. Only limbs from trees or a tree stump. I add all that and more to my compost. I will list everything I add to compost. For rich composting soil. Bad milk. Bad eggs shells and all. Any plants from garden or house. Old fruit or vegetables grass clippings fall leaves but they should be turned under from the start.. the are dry and will take longer to decompose. Any fish or dead rodents. Tea bags coffee grounds. Pretty much and food or plant life or old dead wood from a tree.. but not if any food has a lot of salt. lastly i will add a scoop of hydrated lime any time I turn the compost. It will speed up the decomposing material. Please note DO NOT BREATH ANY HYDRATED LIME. It can cause injury and or death. I find it's best to add it to water in a bucket and pour onto compost. This will keep pets or people down wind from breathing the dust. I know this is getting to be too long. I I will end this here. Ordered 5 cuttings, not one had growth, they felt super dry from the day I got them, followed instruction step by step and nothing, bought recommended soil and put them in water as instructed in the paper sent with them, and zero results, feel scammed and not worth the buy, from the moment I saw the cuttings I knew what the results would be… definitely disappointed.

I bought the large bundle and not even half are still alive. I followed their directions to the T. There are still sticks in the ground that are dead where I need the trees. They are not fast growing either!! I had to leave the product in water for weeks and then even after they had roots they still died. I’d give them no stars if I could.
