It did not work for me, I guess it depends on which motherboard you have.

Q: Will this work with win7 / 0gn723 (socket 775) mobo, going in to a ps2 kvm switch please?

If the socket is the same colour then yes as the key board and mouse are diffrent colours ( purple and green)
