I wear this mainly during the day when I am working, I make wooden items which is very hands on work. I have arthritis in both my hands and which is showing signs of progressing to my wrists, there are times when the pain is extreme and my hands loose all ability to hold even a teaspoon. Not helpful when I have work to be done.So I searched for a wrist/thumb brace that would provide some support while i work yet allow some freedom of movement, the description of this one seemed to fit the bill.As I said I wear it during the day, it does not magically stop the pain but it certainly provides a decent degree of support while I am working or doing housework.I purchased the small one because I have very small hands, wrist measures 14cm (measured around my palm just under my thumb is 7") but although for me it is the perfect size, I would expect that the small is likely to be an uncomfortably tight fit for anyone with hands larger than mine.You will find that it chafes a bit around your thumb initially but I found that it stopped being an irritation after a few days, presumably once the seams and stitched edging softened with use.It does exactly what it say's, I like it and am happy to recommend to all buyers, it is well made and good value for money.

A number of years ago I fell and badly fractured my wrist and arm, having to have two metal rods inserted.For years it hasn't been any trouble, but recently it has begun to ache and throb a lot, so much so I was unable to even lift a cup of tea without difficulty.I have never bought anything like this before, so was unsure as to what to buy. Most wrist straps/supports had removable metal bars, but I didn't feel that was what I needed, then I saw this one!I am SO glad I bought it! It is very comfortable to wear, giving just the right amount of support. The adjustable strap means I can have it as tight as I need, some days tighter than others. The material from which it's made doesn't itch or irritate my skin at all - an important factor, nor does it cause my skin to sweat or become hot.It helps to bring immediate relief, easing the aching etc, and I am no longer afraid to pick up a cup of tea!I am genuinely very glad I bought this. Good value for money, and I definitely recommend it to anyone suffering from an aching, painful wrist!It arrived the day after ordering.

It's okay. I bought this as an attempt to give my wrist some extra support when at my computer. It does add a bit of extra support, however as this is simply fabric and elastic with no inserts it's fairly limited.Also, as some reviews have pointed out - even if you have the correct size this product is severely uncomfortable around the thumb area. It leaves strong marks as it is just too tight. As a tip, I find this item more useful reversed (so the thumb hole goes around your arm, rather than hand. It then helps add a bit more support when rolled overI bought in both colours available. (You get 10% off if buying two)I'd imagine this would be better as a tennis support or something, whereas I need a bit more support from my desk. The thumbholes are the main reasons for score deduction.

Arrived in good condition, allows me to do more after a wrist brake, fits well, good support, worth the money.
