Well made and works great!
I have been putting stuffed animals in bras to create my own tailors ham for the past few years and after having this for a few weeks I don't think I coild ever go back. It makes pressing curves seams infinitely easier and works great to suck the moisture out after.It's a convenient size and is made of soft and quality material.Definitely recommend!

Small size is convenient, but needs more filling to create a firm smooth surface
I bought this tailor ham to press open curved seams. It gets the job done, but is not as good quality as other hams I have used.Pros: small, compact, easy to store, the sawdust filling smells nice (a light pleasant woody fragrance).Cons: smaller than advertised (this one measures 7.0 in long, 5.25 in wide, 3.25 in deep). The filling is squishy. Tailor's hams are supposed to be quite firm, to give a non-giving surface to press against. There are puckers all around the seam joining the two sides, due to the filling not being fully compacted. The seams should be perfectly smooth to ensure no wrinkles are ironed into the garment.I decided to keep it anyway, because I like the small size (I am short on storage space), but I will be adding filling to firm up the ham. This should be easy to do, since one side is closed with a whip stitch that is easy to open up.

Just what you need for sewing and steaming
I enjoy sewing hats and the curves are hard to steam. This is exactly what I needed to make that process easier. This is a sturdy, small, easy to use aid to sewing. I recommend.

Not filled properly
This tool is meant to be filled tightly so that it can function well for pressing. Instead, this tailor's ham is loose, which makes it basically impossible to use.

Needs more filling
Works fine enough but definitely annoyed that it’s not that full or round as my old one. I tried to press seams on a bra cup today and it took me a minute to realize that it’s just completely different with this new ham.
