Perfect for IEM systems!
Original order came well wrapped with the exterior cardboard box intact. However, the top piece of wood was warped so badly that I could only insert two of the three available positions inside of the rack. I contacted the seller, and they quickly allowed a replacement. Instead of waiting for the refund, or the paper work to clear for a replacement, I reordered the identical item. This one was perfect, and I loaded it with my new in ear monitor system and filtered power supply. Having used it at two gigs so far, I am very satisfied with the build. Solid protection, heavy duty cloth cover and zippers. Ample storage space for pig tails and IEM antennas. Self contained for a light weight, quick setup and no more floor monitors!! Looks pretty cool too.

Great value rackbag
This case is a great value for what you pay, especially compared to other companies like gator. It does the job holding my 3U sized lighting board for occasional transport and storage. Good sized zippers and clips look like they will last. The fabric was coming off a little on the inside which is hidden anyways by the equipment (see attached picture) and the mounting holes were a little close together, but with a little patience it did fit and will get the job done. Also came with mounting screws, but no washers.

Well constructed and does the job! Great value :)
Rock solid! Screw allignment is perfect, sturdy strap handle and shoulder strap. Plenty of room in the front pouch for mics and cables. Heavey duty zippers. My sure wireless gear all fits in perfectly. I am totally pleased with it. Will oder more as needed and definitely have been suggesting it to other Worship leaders. Buy with confidence

Not exactly a "soft" bag, better!
I was expecting a typical "bag" like those available by other manufacturers. They usually use corrugated plastic to stiffen the sides, but it still gives quite a bit, hence the "bag" name. This one however, is different. Rockville uses 1/2" plywood instead of corrugated plastic. This makes the "bag" far more rigid and protects the contents thoroughly! The minor drawback is this adds weight. I didn't mind the thought of having a flimsy "bag" because I wanted something light weight. However, once I received the Rockville "bag" and installed my unit, I decided the weight wasn't significant enough to consider returning it. Also the increased protection outweighed the slight increase in weight. The build quality is very good! I'm seriously considering buying a second one for another unit I have that needs a rack "bag".

What I was looking for.
So far I love it! I carry my PreSonusSTUDIOLIVE RM16 A1. Which it’s super nice with the straps , handle straps. It’s compact then the other bulky kind. I love how the front pouch has a little compartment to store other cords in. Very lightweight, including the mixer with it.. I would really highly recommend this one for light loading. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Some flaws, but it works
Not 5 stars because there are flaws....but not 3 because it's inexpensive.I needed to install another rack bracket in the rear of the rack, because I wanted to install a patch bay and a couple vented blanks. I'm using this for a portable MAC Mini based guitar rig. I purchased 2 different sized sliding keyboard trays to mount in the rack. While installing the rear bracket, I first noticed that the fabric doesn't entirely cover the interior of the rack...as was mentioned before, it's on the inside, so who cares. I was careful not to use too long of screws when installing the bracket, everything went fine, until I started feeling the sides...I thought, Ah man, I screwed through the wood....then I noticed that it wasn't MY screws that were too long....it was the factory screws in the factory bracket that were poking out of the wood. I'm not sure how this could happen....I mean, you'd think they would know the exact thickness of their product, and use appropriate hardware....but.....it's inexpensive. Not shown in their photos is 2 internal "hooks" that clamp on to the sides of the rack, in the rear. What this means, is that the rack is ONLY removeable from the front. it's a bit annoying, since it was unexpected...I supposed they could be cut off. They are attached by 2 canvas straps that are sewn to the inside of the case. There's also a flap of velcro in the rear too, to attach to the top/bottom (depending on the orientation you go with)....again, a tad annoying. Especially since this thing fits in the case VERY tightly.Overall, everything fits in it perfectly. The mounting holes all lined up for me...the surprises weren't appreciated, though...and using screws that were too long? How did this even happen?

Decent, functional rack case, but with poor finish.
You get what you pay for here. This is lightweight, and has some nice features like the top pocket and quick release buckles for the strap. For a small, compact, rack bag with no frills and good functionality this is fine. Be aware, the quality is not anywhere near a gator or SKB with loose stitching, poorly finished seams, and glue spots everywhere. It also has a weird smell at first - likely the adhesive used to bond the fabric to the shell. The shell also doesn’t feel like it would be very durable in the long run, I’m not sure what it is but it feels less solid the the mdf that Gator uses. But it’s also significantly cheaper than a gator or SKB and for light travel, probably good enough. I needed something to hold a backup mixer unit so this won’t be going out that often, but I imagine if you’re going to need something that will withstand the abuse of live gigs long-term, save your money for an SKB or Gator rack or rack bag.But for the money and for it’s intended use, id probably buy another if I needed one.
