I chose these because I had strained my wrists, and loading them would hurt.Pros:- quick to get used to (the images here show the wrong technique)- relieves strain on the wrist- quick to pick up and drop weightsCons:- velcro, as usual, will not last for even one year. A simple loop through would have been a better fastener- maximum weight not specified. I lift 70kg bars, but who knows how much more this will support!
