Great support!
Bought the three pack. First two got configured without issue but the third couldn’t be found. Called TP-Link support and Joey Sonio helped me troubleshoot and we got it set up by adding it to HomeKit first before the Kasa app. Thanks Joey!

Amazing products
Great product. I have over 30 Kasa products. They are easy to use easy install and comparable with iOS devices.

Great Product. Reliable with Apple Home
Amazing. Easy to install. Stays connected to wifi and reconnects automatically when I reboot network. Dimmers work well too.Apple Home compatible works flawlessly.

Good product, configuration not straight forward.
Works great once installed and configured. 2 things, make sure you have the line and load correct. If not the will will not operate. So you just have to reverse them if you get in that situation. Also configuring is a real PITA. I bough 2 and it took at least 5 tries on each to finally get the device configured. The plugs are much simpler to configure. I would have given this 5 stars except for the configuration hassle.

Good Bang For Your Buck
It does exactly what I wanted…integration with HomeKit so I can have the luxury of voice control. Faceplate comes off easily so I could add it to my 2 gang box. Looks nice and easy to use. The switch itself is like clicking a mouse (for a computer)…a bit odd but I don’t really care. The lights “fade” in and out when you toggle power which is cool.I had a bit of trouble getting it connected to HomeKit at first, I don’t think to any fault of the switch. Initially I was attempting to connect it to my primary wireless which has 2.4ghz & 5ghz bands enabled. It would sit attempting to add until it timed out. After that dawned on me, I created a new wireless network specifically for IoT on its own VLAN, tuned to be more compatible (specifically ONLY uses the 2.4ghz band) and it connected right up. For some reason it would ONLY connect if I permitted that network to access the Internet. After connecting I blocked outbound traffic once more and the switch still works so I’m happy!

Great if it works, but terrible manufacturer customer service
Got this single one and a 3 pack to install 4 dimmer switches. 3 of them worked totally fine and hooked up to wifi no problem. This one didn't. Tried tons of things, reseting it, putting error internet temporarily on only 2.4 gHz, switching it with another switch would never connect to the internet only connected to my blue tooth and setup always failed. The switch still worked but not the smart capabilities. I had registered with manufacturer and tried to do their warranty. They made me jump through lots of hoops to get them to send me a replacement device, but then wanted me to pay money first to send them the defective one. I no longer had the old switch this was on which would mean I would have to go buy a switch to use temporarily until I got a new smart switch. I opted to do the return through Amazon which is free drop off at locations after I ordered and received a replacement.Customer service with manufacturer was not very responsive and seemed to be trying to over complicate the troubleshooting directions in hopes you wouldn't follow one step and they could get out of replacing. Was disappointed that they wanted me to pay for having to send them back their defective product.

Make sure you read the product description
Works as stated, although if your a DYI you must have a basic knowledge of wiring… You must read beyond the product to make sure you ordered the correct type of plug as each one is pacific to replacement.
