This book was very detailed and honest. I am a list person so I found this book very satisfying.I appreciated that this book’s theme wasn’t just saying that hosting Airbnb will be easy but rather helping future hosts to be realistic and ready to learn.I also liked how this book explains Airbnb procedure, insurance and how to use the premium access charts to better determine high/low seasons. I feel like this book has definitely opened my mind to all the things necessary to run a successful airbnb.

This is a good read for those getting ideas for short term rentals. I like how there are extra tips at the end of the book directing you to other sites and pages you could use. Well written, comprehensive. Over 150 pages of valuable information. Short and too the point for those who do not want to read over 300 pages.
