I purchased these for my elderly mom (84 yrs) as she was recovering from her second round with covid. Sigh. (yes, we are all fully vaxed.) Poor mom! All she wanted to eat was beef bone broth. And this was ready to go in small portions. The plastic lids are really hard to get off so I loosened them all for when we were not there. I purchased several brands and types (some powdered). These were in her top 5. I am not fan of individually packaged, non reusable things, however, this was necessary in this instance. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I thought I could drink this straight… Nope!!! I will say the chicken ginger flavor is way tastier. Just add a hint of Himalayan salt, turmeric and pepper and you can use it as a quick hold over till you eat a real meal. I can use the beef flavor in my meals for soups and pho.
