Worked perfectly for my application
Had an old phone I wanted to use for octoprint. Needs to charge and run the printer. This device worked just as advertised and plugs into my keyboard/mouse! I need to try Ethernet but my old phone is on wifi so I can have my 3D printer away from the network switch now! This is a great device and I would have rated it higher if it would have came with a power block or a standard usb end. I don’t like having the special cable for power.

Works well with Raspberry Pi Zero
Here's what I like about this hub:* USB-2 - that's old school these days, but that's what the Pi Zero supports and the Pi Zero doesn't play well with some USB-3 hubs.* Solves the Pi Zero "reboot when any USB device is plugged in" at least when the hub is powered.* Provides sufficient power on the USB A ports to power a Pi Zero without undervoltage warnings. In other words, I can use one wall wort to power the hub and the Pi Zero.* Provides Ethernet for a Pi Zero w/out the need for an additional Ethernet dongle. It runs at 100baseT (full duplex) which is good enough for a Pi.I tested this with a 1A wall wort, USB keyboard, WiFi dongle and Ethernet cable connected which occupied all ports. (The WiFi dongle is not supported but draws enough power to take down a Pi Zero if connected via an OTG cable.)Here's what could be better* The provided USB power cable uses a barrel connector. The Raspberry Pi wall worts I have all provide power via a micro-USB connector. I'd prefer a micro-USB power input on the hub.Update: I still occasionally encounter reboots (of a Raspberry Pi Zero) when inserting Ethernet adapters. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the Raspberry Pi OS or a power issue. I'm not going to take off any stars for this because that's not a part of my normal operation. I still like this hub and feel it warrants 5 stars.
