ERROR EN VOLTAJE
EL ARTÍCULO VINO CON UN VOLTAJE DE 110 V, SEGÚN INDICA LA PLAQUETA DE LA MÁQUINA, A PESAR DE QUE EL PRINCIPAL MOTIVO DE LA SELECCIÓN DE ESE MODELA FUERA QUE EL VOLTAJE ERA 220 V, TAL COMO LO INDICA LA DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO.eL PROBLEMA ES QUE LA MAQUINA FUE TRAIDA A URUGUAY, DONDE EL VOLTAJE ES 220V, Y AHORA DEPENDO DE UN TRANSFORMADOR (QUE SERÁ ENORME), PARA PODER USAR LA MÁQUINA!!POR BUENA QUE SE ALA LIJADORA, ESTE ERROR LA CONVIERTE EN UN VERDADERO "DESASTRE"

Instructions aren't great...
This is my first time with a tool like this so I would have appreciated better instructions. It goes together fairly quick and easy but I had to use the pictures of the product to know how to assemble it because there was nothing in the manual that came with the product. I initially installed the head unit upside down and after I corrected that, I had no idea where the tensioning spring connected but was able to discern as well from pictures of the product in the listing. Also, there are two foam gaskets that I knew must be for the vacuum hose but there was no mention of where to install them. After examining the hoses, there seemed to be a slot in the end of each connection point that looked like the intended installation places.The tool runs fine, has variable speed and adjusting the length of the handle was quick and easy. It actually has a pretty good flow of air going to the collection bag but I think it would work better to adapt the hose to a shop-vac for collection of the dust. Of course, the shop-vac would need a good HEPA-filter to prevent fine dust from saturating the air. In any case, I would always wear a good quality mask while using this tool.I can't speak to the longevity of the tool but drywall dust is a tough environment. It does come with an extra set of motor brushes so that should help extend its life.
