About 30 percent were unusable
The media could not be loaded. Ordered for a school water balloon launch. About 30% completely emptied their contents prior to being used which was in the span of an hour and a half. Reached out to company and never heard back. Purchase from Costco as they are cheaper and fresher. Packaging did not match what was shown but I did receive a few extra balloons.

Was a fun product but not all balloons filled as they were not attached correctly or already ripped so on average maybe half the package was actually used
