I am very happy with this mop. I love the paper pads; they collect more dirt, dust and dog hair and are stronger, sturdier and longer-lasting than the traditional wet-mop pads. It comes with the paper pads which I prefer; the fabric ones don't really get clean in the washer machine. It has a larger surface area, so is faster at cleaning. The cleaning solution works like most do; I don't like that it leaves a bit of a film on the floor but they all do that so I won't count it against this particular product. The scent is fine. It is discreet and pleasant. The spray mechanism works well, I Iike it better than the wet mop because it hits a larger surface of the floor. The solution seems to last a long time, meaninng I get quite a bit of mopping out of the smaller solution container. It does not leak. Assembly of the unit is fine, the power cord was annoying because you have to tuck it into the pole in order to cinch the pole together but that is a first world problem. It is lightweight, comfortable in my hand.

I absolutely LOVE this Swiffer Power Mop! The spray is perfect - not too much, not too little. It cleans my floors with ease - and I have three dogs who have a "doggy door" regardless of the weather. I can't speak of the battery life, because I've only had it a little more than a month, but they are still working. The bottle of cleaner doesn't leak and it smells wonderful after I've mopped. I have both the disposable pads and the reusable pads for it. If I'm cleaning a really bad mess, I use the disposable pad. Otherwise, I use the one I can wash. Both work well! I'm quite impressed with this mop. I did have to return the first one because the handle had been squashed a bit probably in transit. Amazon replaced the mop and the second one was perfect! I am so glad I saw this somewhere and bought it. It is well worth the price!

I love my new Swiffer PowerMop, it's a worthwhile upgrade from the basic Swiffer. However, while pulling the mop out of its box, the cleaning solution bottle fell out, hit the tiled floor and cracked its cap. With a broken cap, the bottle will not snap into place.By the way, I am not aware of an unscented PowerMop cleaning solution but I have tried all three scents and this is how I rank them from most mellow to strongest: Lavender, Lemon, Fresh. I am allergic to fragrance but I am able to tolerate Lavender. The Lemon scent is pleasant, and smells how you expect a lemon-scented furniture or floor solution to smell.

I had to return three other mops until I got the right one, but I love the swiffer and I am replacing an old one that started to screech and would not be silent. Of course this new model does not accommodate the other bottles of fluid that I have here so I am going to have to figure out a way to use them up. The swiffer is wonderful on bare floors – kitchen, bathroom, and any other areas that receive heavy traffic. The disposable pads seem to attract and pick up just about any kind of dirt and are so easy to replace. I have also ordered some washable covers that I haven't used yet and I'm eager to see if they work as well as the disposables. I use a lot of swiffer products and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend them all, especially this wet mop. It came with good instructions, batteries, and an extra cleaning pad as well as a bottle of cleaner. Good deal for the price.
