Good value and prompt delivery , easy assembly once all items laid out , good quality for the price and comfortable easy chairs for reading in our snug .

Was easy to assemble and at first really comfortable but not sure if it’s a fault or part of the design after sitting for a while it feels like there is a hard lump in the seat

Really comfortable. Excellent quality for the price.Only gripe is the locking mechanism is difficult to use. You need to really tighten the knob to lock the recline.

Ordered 2:of these sets, really good quality for the price, a little fiddly to put together but was soon sorted. Really comfy to sit on. Definitely worth buying.

Poor quailty product. Uncomfortable to sit on after 2 hours. Tried to return to company and immediately became difficult to deal with.Avoid at all costs

Having had a couple of similar chairs before and been well pleased with them, when my husbands showed signs of wear we went for this one as the one we'd had before was no longer available.... Its awful! Low, uncomfortable, it creaks, the reclining position is far too back,no sitting up in this one! We can only say it's more like a glorified deck chair, an expensive deck chair of the old fashioned kind.Ok it was easy to put together and the footstool that came with it is handy but I so wish we hadn't bought it, one good point....the whippet loves it! I'd like to know if its returnable

the item on delivery was fairly easy to assemble but there was one or two issues I was not impressed by, the tumbler wheel on the side to change the seating arrangement did not function properly and it took some time to get a satisfactory seating position which can not be altered and is now permanent. there are a number of zips on the cushioning and one of these under the seat was found to be broken we had to carry out a makeshift repair luckily it can not be seen, one other factor is the chair is very low to the ground unlike others of it's kind do not recommend this chair it is of poor quality.
