This is very flexible and comfortable and works great for my leg pain

This is the best ice pack I’ve ever used. Great quality and super soft on one side so can go against skin without freezing your skin.

Double sides work. One is colder, the other is softer. Option for really cold or good and cold but more comfortable. Velcro straps also work on either side making it very easy to switch. Is a little stiff but its frozen. Others I have tried that weren't stiff, did not get as cold. Overall this one is very good.

This is not a terrible product but it’s not great either. First of all is kinda heavy to wear as shown in photos, unless it’s only used for a slight sore muscle and tighten it quite a bit. I used it for swollen bruises so it was uncomfortable to use when not lying down. The straps also tangle quite easily, but nothing crazy. I’ll say it works better as a heating pad.

Best gift for my teen who is an athlete. She uses this on daily bases after her practices and meets. It’s easy for her to use instead of wrapping ice cubes with plastic or something .
