To be honest, I was very skeptical at first about this item. I mean I've heard about these kinds of items, but I really didn't believe in it's abilities to actually heal someone. Boy, was I in for a surprise. Other people have used one tuning fork with a number of healing stones which when placed next to the tuning fork changes the sound frequency as it passes through the healing stones. But this set simulates the same frequency as those stones just mentioned without the need for actual healing stones. Which is so much better! The sound frequency is much more pure when used this way. As a result the healing aspect will be much more significant as well. I have noticed an overall improvement in the energy that I have everyday. But I believe that this technique or method of using these tuning forks must be used for 3 to 6 months before there is any real improvement.

I couldn't even take them out of the case the smell of mold was so bad when I opened the case
