Some people have complained that this does not come with instructions it is pretty easy to assemble so even if it came with no instructions I don't understand how complicated it could be, yes it comes in a generic box but no big deal it is a nice solid seat especially for the money, I'm installing it in my second row and my pickup so that I can have some extra space but still have one jump seat and this seems like a great alternative especially since it has a built-in seat belt, great price point for what you get!

Fit my mower pretty well. Pretty comfortable. Just wish the armrest were a little more heavy duty. Seem kind of flimsy. But you get what you pay for. Not super expensive. That’s why I gave it only four stars.

been thinking of a new seat for to long, I have six acres to mow this has been helping my back etc. I find the arm rest help over all . that said i did have to drill four new holes to mount it correctly and took some figueing out. worst part the directions were junk. the head rest is useless

I have installed this on my Mini Excavator. I had to use the seat adjuster from my old seat because the one that came with it, would not slide far enough up to not hit the roll bar. When you lean back the seat does give way and fee like it is not all that sturdy. All in all, it is much better than the seat that came with my machine.

I had to return the original because it was damaged in shipping, and it was a pain the buttocks to install b/c I was mounting it on a Husqvarna, which has a proprietary bolt pattern. I fastened an adapter out of metal extrusions (local hardware store purchase). After that, it went on well--assembly was a bit challenging--fat fingers trying to get nuts into small areas. The seat is holding up very well in the weather. it is comfortable. we did take off the armrests. They didn't give me any grief about the return. they shipped it quickly and the second one showed up without incident so overall, we're happy.

Lately, we've been fostering a bunch of kiddos and I was looking around to find a seatbelted seat to mount in the back of our car to provide additional seating. This listing seemed to be exactly what we needed, but when it arrived in a ton of pieces, I got a little worried. Getting everything assembled without good instructions was a BEAST. We still have not figured out how to get one of the armrests mounted around all of the other springs and things on the right side. The lever underneath has yet to work correctly, too. Overall, even if we weren't going to use it for the intended lawn mower, it still shouldn't be so incredibly difficult to put together. I like the leather, which is comfy and the only saving grace at this point.
