Accurate and easy to use
the counter remembers how much japa i did and it would continue the count the next time I sat for japa. It was very convenient like that. This could not be accomplished on manual beads.

Poor quality
The product looks good as first look. But works ok for some time and then just stops working. The issue I am facing is the count is freezed and does not go ahead with the rotation. Waste of money. No support.
